Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in design
- Product mindset
- Proficiency in Figma
- Photoshop
- Knowledge of web, mobile and cross-platform standards
- Experience in design and implementation of design systems
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience in compiling actual user profiles
- Experience with cross teams working
It will be a plus:
- Chat GPT, AI for image generation
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics
- Managing a team of designers
- Experience with analytics to improve products
Key Responsibilities:
- Design the flows, concepts, new features
- Design beautiful and functional UI
- Come up with new ideas, creative solutions and work on improvements
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings
